
Katy Whitney has over 15 years of experience providing therapeutic support to individuals, children and families. Holding an MSc in Attachment Studies, Katy specialises in family functioning and childcare arrangements.
At The Family Mediation Hub, we also offer ongoing family mediation support whenever it’s needed, helping your family grow and adapt with understanding and care as new situations arise.
Katy has experience working in the NHS, education and charity sectors. Additionally, she led an award-winning pastoral, therapeutic, and safeguarding initiative that won The Guardian newspaper's prestigious Public Service Award. As a qualified family mediator, Katy is registered with the Family Mediation Association (FMA) and the Family Mediation Council (FMC).

Drawing on a wealth of real-life experience and a genuine understanding of the challenges faced by separated parents, Pam Mathers brings a practical and measured approach to family mediation. Known for her calm, positive outlook, Pam's transition to mediation was inspired by her own separation and that of her parents, aspects of which she uses to inform the development of realistic parenting plans.
Before training to become a family mediator, Pam worked as a communications specialist for over 25 years across a range of FTSE 100 companies. Pam is a qualified family mediator and is registered with the Family Mediation Association (FMA) and Family Mediation Council (FMC).
