The Family Mediation Hub brings together the expertise of two qualified mediators, Katy and Pam, who assist couples in navigating the challenging decisions and transitions that often arise during a relationship breakdown. With a compassionate and practical approach, we aim to help you reach resolutions that allow you to move forward.
We'll send a Zoom link to each person just before the family mediation starts. The session will last about 90 minutes, during which our qualified mediators will allocate time as fairly as possible, ensuring you both have an equal opportunity to talk and listen.
Yes, there are two different types of online family mediation available to help you navigate a relationship breakdown:
Joint mediation: This format allows you to share a screen with your partner or former partner, Katy and Pam. Even though you'll be able to see and hear each other on screen, you can dial in from different locations.
Shuttle mediation: In this scenario, you'll both join the same call but will be placed in separate waiting rooms. This means you won’t be able to see or hear the other person or communicate directly. Instead, we will go between the online rooms, relaying your thoughts back and forth.
This is the biggest benefit of online family mediation - you can join from anywhere. We just ask that you have a stable internet connection and are in a quiet space where you can't be overheard.
£195 per person - 90 minute family mediation session (includes written summary notes). Online sessions cost £195 per person and are co-mediated by Katy and Pam. After each session, we'll provide a summary of the main points discussed and any potential proposals related to your relationship breakdown. These notes will be used in the next session to ensure we address all points raised so far.
