The Shared Sky Project is our pioneering initiative that champions the vital role schools play in supporting families through separation.
We’ve brought together a multi-talented team of award-winning educators, therapists and designers to create our innovative 'Education Kit', curated to support professionals, parents and children.
The Shared Sky Project explores how families remain connected even when divided, placing particular emphasis on the interests, needs and welfare of the children.
Shared Sky reminds all parties that there is a strong, common bond that can connect everyone involved in this difficult process - just like the sky above them: constant, shared and unbroken.
Homes, routines, and landscapes may have changed, but Shared Sky can act as a source of continuity and reassurance.
It also serves as a big space onto which children can project their emotions, where they can be interpreted and understood.
An opportunity to look up when circumstances can turn their eyes downward.
A place where the pain of separation can be diminished by the power of what is shared.
Currently being piloted in North London, this educational resource is available free of charge to schools. Get in touch and help your community thrive.
The Shared Sky Project is committed to making a meaningful difference one family at a time.
