Drawing on a wealth of real-life experience and a genuine understanding of the challenges faced by separated parents, Pam Mathers brings a practical and measured approach to family mediation.
Known for her calm, positive outlook, Pam's transition to mediation was inspired by her own separation and that of her parents, aspects of which she uses to inform the development of realistic parenting plans.
Before training to become a family mediator, Pam worked as a communications specialist for over 25 years across a range of FTSE 100 companies.
Pam is a qualified family mediator and is registered with the Family Mediation Association (FMA) and Family Mediation Council (FMC).
