£120 per person - this individual session lasts between 45 and 60 minutes.
An intake meeting is the first step towards family mediation. It's where you'll tell us, in confidence, about your situation, and we'll talk through the mediation services process (so you know what to expect). We'll also explore whether mediation is suitable and safe for you.
The intake session will be with either Katy or Pam and can be in-person or online. Your partner or former partner will have their own intake session to ensure openness and honesty.
Court certificates are included in the MIAM price.
£195 per person - 90 minute session. (includes written summary notes). If you decide to proceed, all family mediation sessions are joint and involve Katy, Pam and both clients.
After each session, we will provide a summary of the main points discussed and any potential proposals related to your mediation services. In the following session, we'll refer to this summary to ensure we deliver the most efficient and effective service possible.
We offer online mediation, in-person mediation, and shuttle mediation.
£200 per person - £400 total for the entire document.
Once family mediation has concluded, we will prepare a memorandum of understanding. This document confirms the arrangements and details that you’ve discussed and agreed upon during mediation services. Although not legally binding, the MoU can be used by solicitors to form the basis of a consent order, including any agreed-upon parenting plans.
£250 per person - £500 for the entire document.
We’ll provide a comprehensive financial summary that outlines all the information you’ve shared and conclusions you’ve reached during family mediation. This document relates specifically to assets, expenses, income, and pensions, and can also be shared with the courts if required.
Our mediation services ensure that these details are clearly presented.
Parenting Plans
£150 per person - £300 for the entire plan
A parenting plan is an essential component of family mediation, confirming the day-to-day needs of a child or children while helping parents (and extended family) work collaboratively. It includes practical information about time spent with both parents and decisions regarding important matters like education, birthdays, holidays, and medical appointments. All of our parenting plans promote respect and positive communication, as we know that’s the key to making them work.
Therapeutic Parenting Plans
£200 per person - £400 for the entire plan
A therapeutic parenting plan is a structured, child-centered agreement designed to support children’s emotional well-being during or after parental separation. Unlike a standard parenting plan, which primarily focuses on logistics, a therapeutic plan incorporates strategies to nurture attachment, emotional regulation, and stability. This is especially beneficial in high-conflict situations, cases involving trauma, or when children have special emotional or behavioural needs. Our mediation services ensure that these plans are tailored to your family's unique circumstances.
We offer a complimentary follow-up on all parenting plans after three months and can adjust the plan and provide further support in the future if your family dynamics change.
